I saw this white pickup truck the other Friday northbound on SLEX within the Sucat entry to the Skyway onramp around 13.00.
It was smoke belching and the driver was reckless. Red-plated with plate number SCN 909.

When I see these red plate vehicles, I always wanted to knock on their windows and ask for their trip ticket, esp. on Sundays and Holidays!... and don't forget the ones that carry the whole family, for crying out loud!
Not too mention that they act like they're the king of the road. You could even see it printed clearly on the doors, "For Official Use Only".
Only in the Philippines.
